XANTHOSVILLA is a privately owned luxury modern detached property and is set in its own landscaped private and secured walled gardens including an automatic water sprinkler system and evening lighting (on a timer). Private parking for several cars is also available within the grounds. Xanthosvilla is located in the quiet village of Ovacik nestling at the foot of Babadag mountain renowned for its paragliding and is also located near to the famous blue lagoon of Ölüdeniz beach the most photographed beach in Turkey. Nearby is the popular working and market town of Fethiye with its International marina. The villa has three floors.The 1st floor comprises of a spacious lounge open plan dining room and beautifully equipped kitchen with french doors all leading to a very large terrace furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor eating all overlooking the private pool. Also located on this floor is a separate shower room and w.c.

BEDROOMS Upstairs on the 2nd floor you will find three large bedrooms. The master bedroom is a Queen double with en-suite bath and shower. The other two bedrooms are twins with a shared separate shower and w.c. All 2nd floor bedrooms have their own access through french doors to a very large terrace with spectacular views overlooking the mountains and the sea. Further up to the 3rd floor there is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower and w.c. with its own private terrace again with even more spectacular views. There is a single bedroom located next door ideal for children. All bedrooms are fully equipped with fitted wardrobes and or drawer units and bedside tables and include bed linen/bath and hand towels.

KITCHEN comprises of oven and hob (both gas and electric) with hood extractor/large fridge freezer/dishwasher/washingmachine/iron and board and all the necessary cooking utensils/pans/crockery/glasses/linen etc. Water is solar powered and all rooms are air-conditioned.

TERRACES are furnished with beautiful Rattan sofa & chairs and attractive wooden canvas-loungers, chaise-loungers and tables.

POOL (Private) is equipped with padded sun-loungers, parasols and poolside towels.
